You will act as ambassador for the hotel, handling, greeting and welcome, telephone and online reservations, check in/out, billing and special guests requests. You will control and manage billing on duty and ensure that all business is captured and invoiced correctly.

- Flexible in approach to work and most importantly working as part of a team
- Effective communicator with excellent manners and serving skills – handling politely guests requests is a must
- Take proactive approach when dealing with guest concerns
- Self motivated, honest, trustworthy and disciplined
- Have working knowledge of reservations, procedures and yield management techniques
- An advantage will be considered the knowledge of multiple languages (3 and above), both oral and written.
